Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window:
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please ensure the items are unused, in original condition, and packaging intact.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items, personalized/custom products, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

  • Products damaged during shipping or defective may be eligible for a return or refund outside the standard policy. Please contact support with photos and order details.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer service at makkahlooms@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Some returns may qualify for free return shipping; otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. If you prefer, you may opt for an exchange or store credit instead.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your return once received. We will notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been completed.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

  • Digital products and downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Gifts can be returned by the recipient for store credit only.
